Hi! My name is Tina and I am a Veterinary nurse from Sydney. I have always owned birds and many other pets my whole life (you can say it's my second job!).
I have been creating bird toys for the last few years after my cockatoo, Puppy, was diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning. It was the worst year of my life watching him go through many treatments, knowing he was constantly suffering.
The day we came home from the vet after being told the terrible news, I removed every one of his toys. From there on, I decided I was going to make all his toys using only safe materials - and that is how "Natural Bird Toys" came to be!
All toys that are created by me use Australian timber and 100% stainless steel components.
I am proud to say, that Puppy is living life to the fullest! He is a very healthy and happy boy and is constantly spoilt.
